Fresh Chicken

Our fresh chicken program provides the freshest, highest quality product available in Southern Nevada. All fresh chicken products are processed and shipped fresh to your order, transported overnight from Southern California in sealed temperature controlled containers and delivered to your facility the next morning.

Our packaging specifications guarantee bird size (weight) and piece counts on all cut-up products. This allows you to have consistent portion sizing which helps you control food cost.

If economy is what you need, we provide a number of cut-up blends. By adding more inexpensive cuts you can reduce your overall portion cost thereby reducing costs.compromised.

Cheese

Shetakis is the largest supplier of cheese products in Southern Nevada. We currently stock over 300 different cheeses ranging from imported specialties, to competitively priced mozzarella and cheddar blocks and shreds. If you need something in the cheese category, chances are we have it in stock.
